Always add a 1:1000 Yucca Extract cold-water steep to every final mix. The yucca breaks surface tension so the liquid coats and sticks rather than beading up and rolling off. If the spray beads off the leaf or the bug — it doesn't work.
Finely chop equal parts hot peppers (seeds in) and peeled garlic. Wear gloves.
Weigh mixture. Add equal weight brown sugar (1:1). Massage until syrupy.
Pack into glass jar, ⅓ headroom, breathable cloth cover.
Ferment dark 5–7 days until sweet, spicy, pungent. Strain carefully.
