This website documents a personal gardening project called the 2026 Beverly Hills Garden. The site serves as a field notebook, archive, and community page for friends and supporters who are interested in the project.
This is a small personal garden project, not a commercial farm or retail operation.
Some sections of this website describe participation in the Garden Circle, a small community-supported garden program for the 2026 season. Participants contribute toward the cost of growing the garden and receive seasonal produce when harvests are successful.
Participation should be understood as support for a small experimental garden project rather than a guaranteed agricultural product purchase.
Gardening involves variables that are impossible to fully control — weather, pests, plant disease, wildlife, and other natural events. Harvest quantities cannot be guaranteed. Participants may receive more or less produce depending on the success of the season.
Every effort is made to grow healthy plants and produce excellent food, but nature ultimately decides the outcome of each growing season.
All produce shared through the Garden Circle is grown using careful gardening practices and handled with attention to cleanliness and quality. However, produce from small gardens is not inspected or regulated in the same way as commercial agricultural products. Participants accept that garden produce is provided on a small-scale, community basis.
This garden includes cannabis plants grown strictly as a personal cultivation project. Cannabis is not sold, distributed, or included in any Garden Circle participation. All cannabis cultivation associated with this project is intended to comply with applicable California personal cultivation laws.
Garden notes, observations, photographs, and growing methods are shared as part of the archive of this project. This information reflects personal experience and should not be considered professional agricultural, legal, or medical advice.
Occasionally this site links to external resources, seed companies, gardening tools, or educational materials. These links are provided for informational purposes only. This site does not control or assume responsibility for the content of external websites.
Unless otherwise noted, original text, photographs, and documentation on this website are the property of the project creator. Images and historical references used for educational purposes remain the property of their respective owners.
If participants contact the site or join the Garden Circle, any personal information shared will be used only for communication related to the garden project. No personal information is sold or distributed.
In Plain Language
This is a small garden run by one person who loves growing food and sharing it with friends and supporters. Everyone involved understands that gardening is unpredictable and that the project exists as a community experiment rather than a commercial agricultural operation.
